Nicole Duffy
Clinical Psychologist

For more than a decade I have had the pleasure of teaming up with people who are working hard at becoming more authentic, fulfilled versions of themselves. This drive for personal development is something we all share, and it is a journey best navigated in good company. Psychotherapy can be a powerful force in this process.

Although therapy is different for everyone, my goal is to provide a calm and grounded space to get curious, a little uncomfortable, and ‘do the work’. This is a process that is done with you, not to you, or for you.

Research consistently tells us that the single bigger predictor of good therapy outcomes is the quality of the client-therapist relationship. If you think we might work well together, feel free to get in touch.

Some background…

I grew up locally and completed both undergrad and postgrad studies (Master of Clinical Psychology) at the University of Newcastle.

I have worked in non-government and private sectors, predominantly with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I am also a board-approved supervisor and enjoy supporting psychologists-in-training through postgraduate studies at the University of New England.

Outside of work I enjoy getting a good workout, obsessing over my dog, and indulging in a nice cheesy cob loaf.
